This agreement applies to the commercial license bought on this site. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this font. Your use, download, distribution or installation of this copy of this font indicates your acceptance of this agreement. For any uncertainties, contact Jonathan Harris: info@jshcreates.com
The following Terms of Service is a legal agreement between you or the employer or other entity on whose behalf you are entering into this agreement (you or Customer) and JSHcreates and sets forth the rights and obligations with respect to any Content licensed by you. By entering into this TOS, you verify that your country of residence is the same as your billing address.
Please revisit this TOS when you purchase any Font licenses. JSHcreates (Jonathan Harris) reserves the right to modify the TOS at any time in its sole discretion. Prior to such changes becoming effective, JSHcreates (Jonathan Harris) will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such change. Such notice may be made by email to the email address on file in your JSHcreates account, an announcement on this page, your login page, and/or by other means. Modifications to this TOS will only apply to prospective purchases (including any automated renewals). By licensing Content following any such modifications, you agree to be bound the TOS as modified.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT here means font files, image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received with your order or download of software.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not download, install, distribute or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Products are non-refundable.
Warrantee covers defects in the software, which prevents successfully installing the software in the buyer’s PC. Warrantee does not cover fitness of purpose, not meeting of expectations or needs in the mind of the buyer.
LICENSE AND FONT SOFTWARE
SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes a one-user-license, and may be installed on and used by only one computer and one person. SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be used by more than one company per purchase. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be accessed through a network only after obtaining a license for multiple computers. All components accompanying the software are copyrighted by Jonathan Harris and may not be taken apart, modified, used or published with other software or means except with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT software and may not be distributed or copied in any manner.
A character set of a font is provided through a Software (Font Software), provided in .ttf format (True Type Font), .otf (Open Type Font) or .woff (Web Open Font Format) provided according to the use and license. This Agreement licenses the Licensee to use this software according to the Preamble and Clauses of this Agreement.
The Licensee agrees to treat the Font Software as confidential information. The Licensor does not give permission to Licensee to copy, reproduce, transfer, sell, license, lend, file share, lease, sublicense or distribute any Font Software downloaded from JSH CREATES (jshcreates.com) or/and under intellectual property of Jonathan Harris (JSHcreates).
The Licensee agrees not to edit, modify, reformat, translate, hack or otherwise discover the Font files. The Licensee agrees not to alter the copyright notices as contained in the Font Software code. Any manipulation, violation of use, or Font pirating activity will result in legal action and prosecution.
With this Agreement, Jonathan Harris (jshcreates.com) provides to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the Font Software on the number of licenses by the number of licenses the Licensee have chosen in the process of cart page buying (in jshcreates.com). One (1) license allows you to install the font software licensed in one (1) Property Workstation for a single person or company / organization in one (1) the unique geographical location. source software is not allowed to be shared through any network or server form. If the Licensee needs a license for more than one (1) user, then add the corresponding number of licenses to your cart.
If not purchased directly from Jonathan Harris or legal reseller, this SOFTWARE PRODUCT is for personal use only.
Any liability of Jonathan Harris will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price. In addition, in no event shall Jonathan Harris, or his principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever relating to the use of SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
In no event does Jonathan Harris authorize you to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT in applications or systems where SOFTWARE PRODUCT failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Jonathan Harris harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
This Agreement constitutes the entire statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States.
Jonathan Harris is the owner of the copyright of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, all of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are the exclusive property of Jonathan Harris. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Jonathan Harris. You may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works to sell based on this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not make access to SOFTWARE PRODUCT available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by Jonathan Harris herein.
If the buyer is asked for proof of rights to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT commercially, the buyer agrees present proof in terms of the buyer’s name, email and date of purchase within fifteen (15) days.
You may not disclose to other persons the data or techniques relating to this SOFTWARE PRODUCT that you know or should know that it is a trade secret of Jonathan Harris in any manner that will cause damage to Jonathan Harris.
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any North American, State or City law is strictly prohibited. And hold Jonathan Harris harmless from any claims resulting from the use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, which may damage any other party.
By not following the above agreement the buyer agrees to pay any penalty charge calculated by the designer.
All parts may be discussed and adapted by agreement between Jonathan Harris and the buyer.
